The first wave of December new additions to the Warner Archive include a couple titles of interest to classic film comedy fans...

RIO RITA (1929), starring Wheeler & Woolsey

HOLLYWOOD REVUE OF 1929 (1929), starring Jack Benny, Buster Keaton and Laurel & Hardy

Good to know. Thanks!
I'm waiting for...

General Spanky
What! No Beer?
DoughBoys
The Passionate Plumber
Hollywood Party
Mr. Muggs Rides Again
Come Out Fighting
Show People
Which Way to the Front?
Cracking Up
The Fatty Arbuckle Talkie Shorts

All in good time, I guess...

I see they are also offering "The Boy With Green Hair." That's a good movie. Incredibly weird, but I like it.

I gotta say, Hollywood Revue of 1929 is a sure cure for insomnia. But it would be worth having just for the Laurel and Hardy and Buster Keaton segments.

Glad to see Rio Rita is being released too!
